About

I’m Tom Watson. I live in Suwanee, Georgia, where I work in technology by day and spend the rest of my time reading, writing, and building things that help people think clearly about the world with Scripture open.

Watson Culture Briefing is where that work lives. It is a briefing on culture and current events through a Reformed lens. I started it because most commentary either ignores Scripture or uses it as decoration, and I wanted something that took both the news and the Bible seriously at the same time. You can find it at wcbriefing.com.

Out of the Briefing come the tools. Watson Theologica is a Reformed theological reference built on a curated corpus of primary sources, so the tradition speaks in its own words. Watson Radix is a word-study app for the original languages of the Bible: start with one word in a verse and trace how it is used across the whole of Scripture.

Away from the desk: I am an elder at Emmaus Church, and I hold a doctorate in spiritual formation.
